Manyreach Sending Policy (Anti-Unsolicited Advertising)
This Sending Policy applies to Manyreach. (“Manyreach”, “we”, “us”) and to every customer, affiliate, and third party who uses our websites, domains, tracking links, or email services.
1. Prohibition of unsolicited advertising
We do not authorize, and users may not use our services or domains to send, unsolicited bulk commercial email or other unsolicited advertising. All sending must comply with applicable laws in every relevant jurisdiction (including anti-spam, e-privacy, and consumer rules).
2. Permission and list quality
Users are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient. Purchased, harvested, scraped, or rented lists without a valid legal basis are prohibited. Lists must be maintained and cleaned; hard bounces and known complainers must be removed promptly.
3. Identification and opt-out
Commercial messages must accurately identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe / opt-out method that is honored without unreasonable delay.
4. Content and infrastructure
Users must not send phishing, malware, deceptive offers, or forged headers. Domains, tracking hosts, and related infrastructure under our control may only be used in line with this policy and our Terms of Service.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate complaints, limit or suspend sending, remove content, or terminate accounts for violations, including unusual complaint rates. Abuse reports: abuse@manyreach.com (or support@manyreach.com).
6. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page.
